If you feel like eating sweets, your body is likely lacking energy. Get moving and get some fresh air. Are you bothered by boredom, loneliness,or stress? A chocolate bar won't change that. Think about what you could do to really change your life in the long run. Learn relaxation techniques, restructure your work, or try a new hobby. Start a checklist.
Do I need a graph to keep track of my weight loss?

The scale does'n't just give you your weight. It has additional programs. It can analyze your body fat using bio electrical impedance analysis. A safe, low electrical signal is sent through you body. Muscle tissue is a better conductor than fat, so the degree of resistance allows the scale to determine your body fat. Unfortunately, fat scales are inaccurate. Why? Electricity will always find the shortest way out and since you usually stand with both feet on the scale, the current will find the fastest way from foot to foot. The result is based on complicated calculations and doesn't provide exact information about the fat. In conclusion: it doesn't take your body type into consideration. Our tip: Measure your progress by the fit of your favorite jeans.
Are there healthy foods that fill you up?
In order to feel full, our bodies don't require just eating calories but also a certain volume of nourishment in our stomachs. The best foods for this contain fewer calories and lots of fiber, especially vegetables. Broccoli and cauliflower provide the best ratio of taste and nutrients.
